Following the success of the online classes you can now join my new Health Driven On Demand with a variety of pre-recorded classes and additional live classes each week.

All you need is a computer, tablet or phone and you can follow your favourite Health Driven classes in the comfort of your home (you could even do it in your PJs if you wish!).

You can either pay-as-you-go for individual classes including lives, try it for a week or pay a small monthly fee for unlimited classes to dip in and out of whenever you like. Select below!

You can purchase any of my classes that I've run in the past to give it a go! Click below, select your class and I will then be send a link to the video which is yours to keep forever. 

OPTION 2

WEEK MEMBERSHIP

£10 one-off cost

Try Health Driven On Demand for a week to pack in as much as you can or try a few new classes before you fully commit. You will have full access to the dashboard for 7 days so makes the most of it! Plus, you can try any live classes scheduled for that week.

OPTION 3

UNLIMITED ACCESS

£25 per month

Access to a private dashboard with a huge variety of classes. Stick with your favourites or try something new - and all available whenever you need them. New classes will be added regularly and you can join live classes when they are scheduled too.

A low impact exercise to music class, gentle on the joints but great to improve coordination, movement and posture. A real feel good class.

 Normally a weaker area of the body for most but essential to keep strengthening to be able to perform everyday activities and participate in the sport we love.
