I will be continuing my Falls Prevention class on a Monday evening 1800 – 1845.
If you used to do my Falls Prevention or Steady and strong classes in the community this class is perfect for you. If you haven’t this class before this is one of my entry level classes with a mixture of seated and standing exercises to improve strength and balance.
You will also get the social aspect with Zoom which is so important at the moment and the chance to do a class every week where I can correct technique and motivate you to move and feel better.
