Falls Prevention Course

These Falls Prevention classes live on Zoom and are crammed full of evidence based exercises to improve strength and balance.

 

These types of exercises are essential to prevent falls, strengthen weakening muscle groups and improve confidence and mental wellbeing. All exercises are performed in and around a chair you can use for support if needed and use a resistance band or your own body weight to increase strength and balance.

 

Taught by a qualified PSI (postural stability instructor) with over 20 years experience.
