Healthy backs are so important in this day and age, and the last thing we want is to suffer with Back Pain every day!
All of us are so much busier participating in sports, looking after children and grandchildren, looking after ageing parents, working all hours etc. etc. - and this can be hard on the body.
Each part of the spine works in a different way and in several different planes. We need to be able to move well and be able to perform all of these everyday functions.
My 'Back to Basics' programme will focus on improving movement and flexibility foremost, allowing you to perform the exercises to help strengthen weaker muscle groups in the full range of movement.
You will be able to access a workout each day on your computer or mobile and have the option of being part of a Whatsapp Group, where I will post tips to help relieve or manage back pain.
