Heidi offers an initial consultation, followed by one to one sessions, in your own home, if you can't travel to classes or would like a more individual exercise programme.
These sessions are ideal if you are new or coming back to exercise, rehabilitating from an injury or if you just want a personalised exercise programme designed to focus on your own aims and goals. These sessions take into consideration any existing medical conditions or limitations you might have.
Heidi recommends a course of 6 sessions to master the right techniques, posture and content of your exercise programme but you can just have a one off session if you prefer.
