However, if you would like a telephone consultation to ask advice on exercises for injury, medical conditions etc., you can book here for £10 for a half an hour call.
Heidi offers an initial consultation, followed by one to one sessions, in your own home or outside location, if you can't travel to classes or would like a more individual exercise programme.
These sessions are ideal if you are new or coming back to exercise, rehabilitating from an injury or if you just want a personalised exercise programme designed to focus on your own aims and goals. These sessions take into consideration any existing medical conditions or limitations you might have.
Heidi recommends a course of 6 sessions to master the right techniques, posture and content of your exercise programme but you can just have a one off session if you prefer.
