I wanted to thank you so much for my 1:1 sessions. I have had several bad years and then last year 3 nasty falls. My confidence and balance had deserted me and now I am able to walk without pain, my balance is back and at last I am able to go for walks without constantly looking at the ground for hazards. Heidi Specialises in providing exercise classes and programmes for those with injuries, illness, poor posture, poor lifestyle or following diagnosis of a medical condition.
Heidi Johnson set up Health Driven having managed a very successful exercise referral scheme and throughout her 30 year career has worked with GP's, Physios, Health Practitioners and local Wellbeing Hubs.
Her passion, experience and rapport with clients is second to none and this has earned her the trusting reputation she has.
Heidi holds several specialist qualifications in Exercise Referral, Personal Training, Pilates, Cancer, Cardiac and Pulmonary rehabilitation. She is also a level 4 Postural Stability Instructor, one of the few qualified experts in the local area specialising in Falls Prevention.

Currently, Health Driven offers classes in Chichester, West Wittering, East Wittering, Fishbourne and Midhurst. You can also book 1-2-1 sessions in the comfort of your own home.

Health Driven is also online with over 100 classes, all taught by Heidi, to keep and repeat at home!
Heidi's classes are fun. She pays attention to individual limitations and is always encouraging. Without a doubt I am stronger and fitter for attending these classes.
