Heidi Dunster set up Health Driven having managed a very successful government exercise referral scheme for the past 15 years. Her passion, experience and rapport with clients is second to none and this has earned her the trusting reputation that she has.

Heidi holds several specialist qualifications in Exercise Referral, Personal Training, Pilates, Cancer, Cardiac and Pulmonary rehabilitation. She is also a level 4 Postural Stability Instructor, one of the few qualified experts in the local area specialising in falls prevention.

Health Driven offers classes in Chichester, West Wittering, Selsey and Midhurst areas which includes Pilates, Steady & Strong (a strength and balance class), Falls Prevention, Low Impact aerobics, Paracise and many more. You can also book 1-2-1 personal training sessions in the comfort of your own home or at Lindy Griffiths Physio practice in Bosham.

Pilates In Pyjamas

7 Day Challenge At Home for just £29.99

Whether you are new to Pilates or have been doing it a while, you can now have me teach you in the comfort of your own home, hotel room or at your local gym!
I’ll be providing you with a whole week of different level Pilates classes online you can do in your pyjamas (or not). I will post videos early every morning and you can roll out of bed, put your sports kit on and do some Pilates which will set you up for the day ahead. Alternatively, you could do the routines in the evening to calm you down before bed!

You can view these classes on your iPad, smart phone or computer and can save all the videos to have forever!.

Heidi's classes are fun. She pays attention to individual limitations and is always encouraging. Without a doubt I am stronger and fitter for attending these classes.
