This class is exclusively for Men that would like to move more easily, reduce back and other general aches and pains and to get fitter and stronger. To achieve this I will be focusing on improving flexibility and core strength which will also help prevent injury whilst performing other sport and activities.
Please bring a mat with you (if you have one) and a bottle of water.
