Outdoor Class Cocktail
A medley of classes using your own body weight and small resistance equipment including Pilates, body conditioning, and strength training type exercises.

The course will have limited particpants as per Government guidelines and will be bookable on a first-come-first-serve basis.
On the event that it is raining, I will contact all participants that morning by email or phone and the class will be added on to the end of the course or arranged on another day if everyone can make it.
You will need to bring your own mat. You may also need a resistance band, a Pilates ball and a cushion to put under your head, if you have them.
