This class is suitable for both Men and Women and will target everything from improving your cardiovascular fitness to strengthening those muscles using your own body weight, resistance bands, Tubeys and Pilates balls.
You need to be quite mobile as there is some floor work but this class is suitable for all ages.
Please bring a mat with you (if you have one) and a bottle of water.
