I am starting to introduce outdoors classes again following the latest Government guidelines.
They will be a cocktail of my most effective exercises, including Pilates to improve strength, fitness, balance and may even shift some of those extra pounds we may have gained during lockdown!
If the weather is too bad to run the class, I will contact everyone booked on and either teach the class online or extend the course. When the course is full, I will create a waiting list and if there are any places on the day of a class, I will email everyone and you will be able to pay as you go for that session.
