STRETCHES

The two videos below are your stretches. The first video is standing stretches which can be used straight after your workout for a quick stretch to lengthen the muscles back their original state.

The second video is floor stretches which can be used as and when you feel tight or have more time to spend stretching. Maybe in the evenings watching TV before you go to bed?
