DAY 9

This is our Pilates day with a difference. We are going to using light weights for some of the exercises to challenge our stabilising muscles.

We'll be starting with some standing weight work, then going down to the floor with a variety of exercises.

You will need light weights and a mat as some of these exercises will be on the floor.

Don't Forget! Tuesday evening is the live Lift Lean class at the Fishbourne Centre from 17:45 - 18:45. It's free for all Lift Lean member to attend. Don't forget to bring your dumbbells and/or kettle bell! See you there :)
