DAY 6

We are repeating the Pilates workout we did on Day 2 but I want you to try and do more repetitions than you did on Tuesday.

​

To make it harder, you can add more repetitions, hold the positions longer or add a weight.

 

Don't forget to think about posture, alignment, technique and breathing throughout. 

​

Alternatively I have also added a weight workout that you could do instead of the Pilates workout.
