DAY 4

This is the Activation Band workout day!

 

You will need your resistance loops or your resistance bands. This is a great workout to wake up and strengthen your Glutes which will help relieve pressure from your lower back.

​

Try your hardest resitance for your legs and easier for your arms.

​

Make sure you do your Glute stretch later on or you will feel it tomorrow!!
