DAY 3

Day 3 is back to strength training with Giant Sets.

 

This is where you will be doing three exercises for 30 seconds of each muscle group with 30 seconds rest.

 in between.

You will need to use Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, Step and your Mat.

This is a fantastic workout and great for building muscle mass which helps to burn those calories! 💪
