DAY 3

Day 3 is strength training with my Giant Sets workout. 

 

This is where you will be doing three exercises for 30 seconds of each muscle group with 30 seconds rest.

 in between.

​

You will need to use Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, Step and your Mat. Don't forget if you haven't got a Kettle Bell you can use a heavy weight instead. 

​

This is a fantastic workout and great for building muscle mass which helps to burn those calories! 💪
