This is your Weights Finale Day.


You will need some Heavy and Light Dumbbells and your step. There are 12 exercises working for 50 seconds and having 10 seconds rest.


I have put a little twist on some of the exercises to make them a bit different but if you need to adapt them please do. Try and do this workout twice through.
