Hope you had a good weekend! 

 

Today we are going back to the weights with an Arm Burning routine. You will need your Step and some heavy weights.

 

You have only 5 exercises but they are compound moves using several different muscle groups at once. I want you to try and do this workout 4 times through.

 

Watch the Intro all the way through as it will show you some adaptations you may need as you will only have 5 seconds rest between each of the 5 exercises!
