DAY 20

This is your Pilates day but this time with a new routine using the Resistance Band.

 

Make sure you have a long resistance band and if it gets too much do the exercises without the band.

 

Think about your posture, alignment and don’t forget to breath out on the effort and engage those deep abdominals.
