DAY 2
Day 2 you can choose between Pilates or LIIT or both!
Workout One
This is a Pilates style workout using our own body weight as resistance. Try and do 8-10 repetitions of each exercise. Think about your technique and posture throughout. And don't forget to breath!!
Workout Two
LIIT is a 25 minute low impact interval training class using weights.
Don't Forget I teach Pilates Face to Face throughout the week in Witterings, Fishbourne and Birdham if you want Face to Face tuition and are local!
