Day 2 is Pilates day!
This is where we will be working with our own body weight as resistance. Try and do 8-10 repetitions of each exercise. Think about your technique and posture throughout. And don't forget to breath!!
Don't Forget! Tuesday evening is the live Lift Lean class at the Fishbourne Centre from 17:45 - 18:45. It's free for all Lift Lean member to attend. Don't forget to bring your dumbbells and/or kettle bell! See you there :)
