DAY 19

This is a fast paced workout so get prepared before you put on the video.


You will need a pair of heavy and lighter weights if you have them, a Kettlebell, step and a mat. You can do the exercises on the bed or the floor if you haven’t got a step.


You have 30 secs working and only 5 secs rest so the change over between exercises is fast.


Watch the intro which gives you the first few exercises before you start. Make sure you have a good warm up.
